Frequently Asked Questions
You are welcome to contact me with anything not on this list, and these are the most common submissions.
What are Your Fees?
The basic fee schedule is on the plans page. We start at $650 per month which in the coaching world is quite low, but we are mindful that some agents need to start somewhere. Our goal is to underpromise and overdeliver.
Can we Book You to Speak at Our Event?
The short answer is yes, particularly if you're within a few hours of the New York Metro Area. Depending on the event, traveling is ok as well.
Can we Book You to do a Single Event Training?
Yes! Depending on the subject matter single trainings are happily done either in person or via Zoom.
Are you still active in the field? Are you retired from brokerage?
I am still a producing manager and very active in the field. It is for this reason that I do not take coaching clients in my back yard from competing brands to my own unless there are special circumstances.
What got you into coaching?
I was a broker owner for 18 years and trained hundreds of agents. Due to my writing and video content, I was often asked to speak, be a panelist at conferences and lunch & learns, and other events. Many of my own agents encouraged me, and it was a natural extension of what I love.
Would I deal with Phil or someone on his team?
Currently I am a sole principal with no plans to manage others. I love teaching, training and coaching, so when you hire me you get me.
What books do you recommend?
The list varies but Atomic Habits is a great start. Good to Great is fantastic for teams & brokerages. Clients get my full list but a few more are: How to Win Friends and Influence People, The Greatest Salesman in the World, List More, Sell More, and several others based on where you are in life.
Aren't agents going away with all the changes in tech and lawsuits?
No. As long as people live indoors and shelter is one if of if not the biggest asset for most people, the process is going to be complex and require professional advocacy. Brokerage has always shifted with the times, and now is no exception.
